The Story
SYCIT started in 2021, right here in South Windsor. What began as helping neighbours and locals with their computer problems has grown into a proper IT business supporting both homes and small businesses across the Hawkesbury and Greater Sydney.
The name says it all — Simple Yet Complex IT Solutions. Some jobs are straightforward: a WiFi setup, a slow computer that needs a clean-up. Others are more involved: building out a business network, migrating to the cloud, recovering data from a failed drive. We handle both.
We're not a faceless corporation with a call centre. When you call SYCIT, you're talking to Matt — the same person who'll turn up at your door and do the work. That's how we like it.

Where We're Headed
SYCIT is growing. We started with home IT support and we're now building out proper managed IT services for small businesses. Our partnerships with trusted local businesses mean we can offer enterprise-grade hosting and infrastructure solutions alongside our hands-on local support.
But growth doesn't mean losing what made us work in the first place. We'll always be the local IT team that picks up the phone, turns up when we say we will, and treats every job — big or small — like it matters. Because it does.
